The City and our partners have been working hard to begin implementing the Creating Outdoor Recreation Economies Strategic Plan and promoting our region as a location for outdoor manufacturing, retail, and service businesses.
As part of these efforts, please join leaders from the Outdoor Business Community and learn about resources and initiatives available to support outdoor business in our region. Leaders from the Outdoor Business Alliance of Western North Carolina will be in attendance to talk about the organization and how our local business leaders can advance the sector in our region. The event will also offer information about available resources from our local business support partners.
The event will take place on Thursday, Jan. 30, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Innovative Ink (391 10th Avenue Drive NE). Please sign up for the event, or pass this invitation along to anyone you think may have interest.
The event is designed exclusively for outdoor-related businesses, businesses that work with or benefit from the presence of outdoor amenities or businesses, or stakeholders that are supportive of small business development in our area.
