Commercial Vacant Building Inventory

City staff maintain an inventory of vacant and underutilized buildings and land within the Hickory city limits and extra-territorial jurisdiction. If you are looking for a commercial property or land for sale or rent, this dashboard is a great resource for that purpose. The inventory contains detailed property information for each vacant building. Where available, a photo of the building and real estate contact information are also included.

CORE Networking Event Invitation 

Join us for the Creating Outdoor Recreation Economies (CORE) Networking Event on Wednesday, August 19, at 6 p.m. at L.P. Frans Stadium.
