Youth Baseball and Softball Registration

Registration is now underway for the City of Hickory's Youth Baseball and Softball programs. Participation is free to all City of Hickory residents, and nonresidents can also participate by paying a $40 nonresident fee.

The Hickory Parks, Recreation & Sports Tourism Department is excited to introduce Run HKY, a new initiative designed to promote running in Hickory through annual events and recreational amenities.

Pay Attention in City Traffic

The Hickory Police Department’s February traffic enforcement P.A.C.T. – Pay Attention in City Traffic – will be located on N.C. 127 from 29th Ave Dr NW to 1st Ave SE. Enforcement will focus on red-light violations, distracted driving, speeding, and other traffic violations.
